Peace of Mind Guarantee:

To qualify for a full refund, return the products within 60 days of delivery and ensure they've been used for at most 1/4 of the content.

How to Return:

To initiate the return process, contact our awesome customer service team at info@carstudios.com.au or 03 99141166. Provide your order number, explain why you're returning the product, and send clear product images if there are any defects.

Return Shipping:

If we make an error, you'll cover the cost of return shipping. To ensure everything goes smoothly, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and check your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, we'll process the refund and credit it back to your original payment method in a reasonable timeframe.

Customised or personalised products may only be eligible for return in case of a manufacturing defect or if we make an error.
