BOOKING POLICY
At Car Studios, we aim to promptly provide professional and quality service to all our clients. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all valued clients like yourself, please be mindful of our booking policy regarding missed appointments.
Our humble studio has limited space, and many clients are still on our waiting list.
When you book your service, we not only hold a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients but also assign a professional team to look after your vehicle. To be respectful to our team members and our other fellow clients, please call Car Studios as soon as you know you will not be able to make your booking.
Booking Deposit:
When booking a job with Car Studios, we require a deposit of $200 or 15% of the total booking amount, whichever is greater, to secure your reservation. While this deposit is non-refundable, it will be credited toward the total cost of your service.
Late Policy:
At Car Studios, we strive to provide efficient and timely service to all our clients. If you anticipate being more than 2 hours late for your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and accommodate your appointment without disrupting our workflow or inconveniencing other clients.
Please note that any delay may impact the estimated finishing time of your service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our late policy, as it helps us maintain the highest level of service for all our clients
No Show Policy:
Please be aware that a no-show occurs when a client misses a booking without notice. In such cases, a missed booking fee will be charged. The cost is either $200 or 15% of the total booking amount, whichever is greater.
A no-show impacts Car Studios significantly, not only on the day of the appointment but potentially for several working days afterwards. This also inconveniences many other clients turned away due to our fully booked calendar.
Booking cancellation / reschedule Policy.
Our booking deposit is non-refundable but will be credited to the total amount of the services rendered. If you wish to cancel your service, we are forced to charge a fee to cover our staff's time scheduling your appointment and preparing the materials and all potential sales we missed due to being fully booked on our calendar. The cancellation fee is either $200 or 15% of the total booking amount, whichever is greater.
We highly recommend rescheduling the job instead of cancelling it.
Rescheduling Policy:
If rescheduling is necessary, we require that you call at least 48 business hours* before the scheduled appointment (*excluding weekends and public holidays).
If you need to reschedule your booking, please call Car Studios at 03 99141166 Monday - Friday between 9 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. If you cannot reach us by phone, leave a detailed text message at 0424630730 with your full name and booking date, and we'll promptly return your call.
Please note that any cancellation or rescheduling made less than least 48 business hours* before the scheduled appointment (*excluding weekends and public holidays). This may result in a cancellation or penalty fee.
