At Car Studios, Our goal is to provide professional and quality service to all our clients promptly. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience our experienced team members and other clients. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
Our humble Studios hold limited space, and many of our clients are still on our waiting list.
When you book your service, we not only hold a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients, but we also have assigned a professional team to look after your vehicle. To be respectful to our team members and our other fellow clients, please call car studios as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 48 hours in advance. It impacts us significantly and inconveniences the many other clients turned away because we were fully booked.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call car studios at 0424630730 between 9 am-5 pm. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message, and we will return your call as soon as possible.
A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling, and we will charge the patient a $200 missed appointment fee in either case.
Your appointments and well-being are critical to Car Studios. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least two business days' notice.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48hours will result in a cancellation or penalty fee. The fee amount will equal 15% of the reserved services or $200, whichever is more. If you are more than 2 hours late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the penalty fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you. We require a booking deposit or a credit card to hold your appointment. Car studios will charge cancellation fees to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, the client may apply all or part of your cancellation fee to future services.
