Ozone Treatment uses Ozone gas to kill bacteria and viruses. It does this because Ozone (O3) is an unstable molecule that breaks down and destroys any molecule it comes into contact with through oxidation, effectively sterilising it.

How does Ozone work?

Ozone is the most powerful steriliser in the world. Ozone uses the oxidation reaction to break down unwanted molecules. 

Ozone (O3) is an unstable molecule that, when it comes to contact with another or any kind of molecule, the ozone molecule will destroy it through an oxidation reaction.

When Ozone comes into contact with bacteria and viruses cell wall, it will break it down on a molecular level and effectively destroy the cell entirely.  

Will Ozone damage my car interior?

Ozone Treatment will not cause any damage to your vehicle. It will only eliminate any harmful odours, gases and molecules that were trapped inside it. 

After the Ozone treatment is applied, it is left in your car for at least 20 minutes to fully take effect. As a gas, Ozone will slowly dissipate after about 10-20 minutes. Therefore, there is no risk of exposure to you as the car would have been sufficiently aired out by the time it is returned to you.
