At Car Studios, the most rewarding part of our job is witnessing the sheer delight on our customers' faces when they come to pick up their newly transformed vehicles. Recently, a client arrived to collect his completely revamped BMW 2002, and the look of disbelief and joy on his face was truly priceless. He was so overjoyed with the results that he insisted on proudly displaying a Car Studios sticker on his car. Experiences like this reaffirm our passion for what we do—bringing boundless joy and satisfaction to every car enthusiast who entrusts us with their cherished vehicle.
This timeless BMW 2002 came to us in dire need of some tender loving care. We started with a thorough wash and decontamination process to tackle the tainted paint and oxidised BMW badges. The entire interior was meticulously vacuumed and deeply cleaned, ridding the old leather seats of grease, grime, and dirt. The wheels were meticulously cleaned to eliminate dirt and baked brake dust while we ensured the interior leather was protected and all the carpets were steam cleaned.
Next, we turned our attention to the convertible soft top. Initially shrouded in darkness due to a thick layer of dirt, careful brushing and steam cleaning revealed its natural blue colour once more. We polished all the headlights, taillights, and side indicators to restore their transparent covers.
Understanding that a car over 20 years old might bear a few battle scars, we didn't overlook them. We successfully removed the dents, restoring the panels to their former glory. After gauging the paint thickness, we sanded the entire car and performed multiple correction stages, including the bonnet. Upon achieving a mirror finish, we sealed it with our Alpha Graphene coating and protected the soft top with our fabric protection (Fabrecco), the wheels with our wheels coating, the interior with our leather anti-stain protection,
